The hostel had a clean and well-presented private double room with comfortable beds. The room had both air conditioning and a fan, which were great for guests with disabilities. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of cutlery and crockery. The outside seating area was a nice place to relax. The staff were friendly and even returned a forgotten item of clothing.

Had an amazing Christmas stay! the location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main bus terminal and ferry stop. the room I stayed in was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the air conditioning was a lifesaver in the Townsville heat. the facilities were great, especially the well-equipped kitchen and clean showers. the staff were friendly and provided helpful information. Free movies and popcorn were a nice bonus!

The check-out time was a bit early, leaving me with a few hours to kill with my heavy bag. the WiFi was unreliable and the water in the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold.

The hostel had a great location, with cosy covered lounge areas and being very close to the Sealink ferry for a trip to Magnetic Island. The hostel is perfectly located for those planning to visit Magnetic Island, as it is very close to the ferry terminal. it is right in the center and close to the bus station, making it easy to get around. the beds are clean and comfy, and there are hot showers available. the gym is a nice added bonus for those looking to stay active.

Some of the communal areas have an unpleasant smell that doesn't contribute to a very friendly atmosphere.

During my recent city trip, I had the pleasure of staying at a hostel that offered excellent facilities and helpful staff. The location was prime, with easy accessibility to key attractions in the area. The hostel was very clean, and the kitchen was spotless. The staff was extremely helpful, offering amazing tourist recommendations of the local area. it was an excellent experience.

The hostel had a downside to it; the environment was quite noisy at night, which made it somewhat challenging to get a good night's rest.

The value for money at this hostel was exceptional, with comfortable beds, a spacious room, and great amenities. The location was convenient, close to transportation and local attractions. The staff treated me with respect and were helpful when needed.

The food for breakfast could have been improved with more variety.
